Disease-Agnostic Infection Monitoring System.
MedSync, Disease-Agnostic Infection Monitoring System, aims to create an infrastructure for real-time monitoring of infectious disease spread. The project focuses on the disease-agnostic part such that it can be applied to even unknown diseases. In the exploration stage, we will look for and generate data, preferably with geo-temporal and infection indicators.
